Whilst massage offers many positive benefits to the majority of people there are certain conditions that may make it unsafe for you to be massaged. Here at BGHS we respect your privacy and so do not keep individual records of our customers therefore it is vitally important you inform the masseuse prior to the commencement of the massage of any medical or physical conditions so they can assess the safety of the massage for you. If you are in any doubt about your condition please seek medical advice from a qualified doctor.

For your safety and comfort we need to know the following:

• Are you on any medication

• Do you have any medical or physical conditions or problems.

• Do you have any Heart or vascular conditions inc. pacemakers

• Have you recently had an operation

• If there is a possibility you are pregnant.

All the above requests are made in the aim of providing you with the best quality relaxation and treatment and we assure you all information will be treated with absolute confidentiality.

After your massage, we recommend you give yourself a few minutes to relax and rehydrate before continuing to use the other facilities. We also request that you shower thoroughly to remove any residual oil before entering any of our pools.

Please note: We do not offer a sexual massage. All BGHS masseuses will not tolerate any form of inappropriate behaviour physically or verbally. The BGHS management have given clear instructions that in the event of this happening the massage will be terminated and the masseuse will leave the room and inform a member of the BGHS team who will deal with the problem. No refunds will be given.
